Your 3 Days / 2 Nights Theni–Thekkady–Vagamon tour begins at Theni or Bodinayakanur Railway Station. Meet your driver and start the scenic journey towards Thekkady.
On the way, visit Suruli Falls, a popular seasonal bathing and nature spot. Continue through the grape-growing region and stop at a grape plantation, the John Pennycuick Memorial and the long penstock-pipe viewpoint near Lower Camp.
After reaching Thekkady, visit Periyar Tiger Reserve. The principal attraction is boating on Periyar Lake. Common boat timings are 7:30 AM, 9:30 AM, 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM and 3:30 PM. Travellers should reach the boat-landing ticket counter around 45 minutes before the scheduled departure.
