- Complimentary activities cancelled or not utilized due to natural, technical or operational circumstances may not be eligible for refund.

- Adventure activities such as off-road safaris, paragliding and forest hiking require appropriate physical fitness. Guests with medical conditions or pregnancy should seek professional or medical advice before participating.
- Participation in adventure activities is undertaken at the guest's own risk and subject to the instructions of the respective activity operator.
